The island of Krk is once again hosting the prestigious MTB stage race 4Islands Epic, gathering around 400 riders from nearly 40 countries.
On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the race route runs: Baška – Draga Bašćanska – Mošuna – Moon Plateau – Vrbnik – Garica – Kampelje – Ponikve – Krk (main road crossing) – Vrh – Krk (Ježevac) – Lokva/Kimpe – Lakmartin – Vrbnik – Moon Plateau – Baška.
Temporary traffic regulation will be in place in the City of Krk under supervision of event staff and police.
Roads will not be closed, but traffic will be regulated and alternately released depending on cyclists’ passage.
Traffic regulation schedule:
- 10:30–14:00: Kosić – Vrh (county roads 58090 / 58085)
- 11:00–15:00: Krk intersections and section pond “Kimpi” – Vršanska street; crossings of state road D102 (Lakmartin / Vrh)
